Ok so I got my wife 2 mags to go with her Kel-tec p-11 and she was loading them up and after you get about 6-7 round in the mag the rest start rattling around in side the mag. Any idea ? Oh they are double stack magazine.

My full cap G17 mags do it too, don't worry about it

Usually the rattling will go away when loaded in the gun, there is nothing wrong with your magazines.

normal. also, you can run SW 59 series magazines in the p11. just in case you happen to find some floating around a gun store, you should pick them up
