"Gov. Cuomo has weighed in on Sen. Grisanti's primary loss, describing it as "retaliation" from "ultraconservative" Republicans. The Governor added that conservatives are "'intolerant of other opinions,'" and lamented what he perceives to be a recent move away from the "'proud history of moderate [Rockefeller] Republicans'" in New York."

Didn't that POS say I'm not welcome in NY? Does anyone see the hypocrisy and smell the stink around here besides us? Man, I hope so.

Retaliation is correct. I welcome other opinions, I don't welcome people dancing on my personal liberties as a result of those "opinions".

For some reason the phrase "intellectually bankrupt" comes to mind.

Why do the Democrats seem to own the ability to claim certain political groups are "extreme"? This talk of a "proud history of moderate republicans" totally neglects the idea that at one point Democrats weren't intolerant socialists.

What about the Democrat that once said "Ask not what your country can do for you..."?

Is JFK a bad example? Or should we be reminding Democrats how far their party has swung away from any sense of being "moderate"? The only reason so called "conservatives" can be labeled as "extreme" today is because the Democratic party has been high-jacked by full blown communists that reject the constitution and want to completely redefine America. Talk about extreme.

It couldn't possibly be that he wasn't voting the way that the majority of his constituents wanted, that he supposedly "represents", so he was removed by We The People. FUAC!

The real problem we face is getting the voters educated on the canindates before the election. To many people just sleep walk into and out of the voting booths today.

I hate to say it but there doing it again just financially this time.
ive said this a million times; they were the slave owners before the civil war. After slavery was abolished, they had to figure out how to keep themselves on top so they became the political slave owners. in one breathe they preach about equality, and in the other they intentionally try to keep them down. if they keep them dependent on gov handouts they will never be motivated to better themselves.

everything is interconnected, politics has always had corruption, but its gotten so much worse. and why has it gotten worse? because people stopped paying attention. why did people stop paying attention? because no longer can one parent support a family, it takes both, and both parents are so busy trying to support/raise a family that they have little time for anything else. Also, the media is no longer legitimate as its just a government propaganda machine, and they push the progressive agenda. And as mentioned above, the government handouts have reached an all time high, and most people could care less about anything except keeping the people in power who keep giving them free $.

The best way to limit the amount of corruption in government is to limit the amount of government.

I have some friends who actually claim the opposite. They're quite positive that it takes more government to police the government to stop corruption.

Somehow they just don't see the absurdity of the idea.

We can use the word too. They are Extremists. They are Extreme Left and that should mean they have NO PLACE IN THE USA. If we have no place in NYS, then they shouldn't have a place in this country!!!

FUAC looking forward to 11/4/14

That is the borrowing more money to pay off barrowed money concept. Which makes my head hurt by the way.

It's a running theme on the left, when their policies turn a thriving economy into a disaster, and the poor they are claiming to help end up worse off as a result they always say "we just didn't do it enough". Detroit would be a good example.

Every one of their failed policies they do it with, every failure they say "we just need to double down and do it more" instead of learning from their failure.

This post above nails it!

Grisanti did not represent the majority of the people in his district to their liking. So they fired him.
It's as simple as that.

But of course Andy
has to go on and on about " ultraconservative" "extremist" "retaliation" and such nonsense.
