I see another felony conviction and another deportation in the future after we spend millions of dollars on prosicutiong this POS and millions more on behalf of his defense. Then they will deport him AGAIN, only to slip back across the border to re-offend.

The story was on FoxNews this morning about the gun belonging to a Federal Agent, I'm sure they will have thier lawyer write up a story about it being stollen or what ever to dodge any blame.
It probably was one of the guns from "Fast & Furious".

You guys have to be kidding me..... Illegal immigrants commit crimes. Who would have ever guessed.
