Not to be too picky but I dont think the rifle toter is wearing a trauma plate and his carrier looks like it is too low as well.

It might be a soft plate, but still not meant for rifle rounds and that carrier is way too low, he almost has zero shoulder protection.

I like the weak side crossdraw holster next to the perp and the tactical bic in the neck line. I'd be thinking grab the bic, jab him in the eye and shoot them both with that gift of a pistol.

I think it's a taser.
