lucky gunner is actually one of the few who will even ship to a dealer in NY. The shipping and dealer transfer fees eat up most of the savings you might find though.

They will ship to an FFL if you can find one that will accept it. Mine does for $10.

I've purchased from LuckyGunner several times and had it shipped to a FFL holder in Oswego. Works but it shouldn't have to be this hard or expensive...FUAC!
