Hi there. I'm just saying hello. I am living in Syracuse and work in IT. I'm still trying to fathom the sometimes rather complex and confounding laws of our silly state. I was born up here, but spent nearly half my life in New York City and just came back recently, so Syracuse seems like a gun paradise in comparison. Hah! Thanks for the great resource.
