Sounds correct:I thought "coded ammo" was where the bullet and casing have matching serial numbers/markings from the manufacturer that are tied to a purchaser at the time of sale, while microstamping puts the imprint on the casing only at the time it is fired. Am I incorrect? Thanks for any info.
You remember the woman who said that eventually high-capacity magazines would disappear because eventually they'd all be used up, don't you? This is the same kind of uninformed, uneducated, mindless nonsense. What about reloaders? Cartridges are not necessarily "one time use" Which microstamp of the several on each casing (reloaded several times and fired through the several different guns that I own) came from the gun that eventually fired some stolen ammunition doing the course of a crime? There really needs to be a mandatory IQ test for anybody running for public office. Stupid.....just plain ****ing stupid.
<sigh> Yup.You remember the woman who said that eventually high-capacity magazines would disappear because eventually they'd all be used up, don't you? This is the same kind of uninformed, uneducated, mindless nonsense.
What does LE have to do with any of this???? Maybe the focus should be on LAW MAKERS!!!!!If they are ending the sale of new guns to private citizens they need to end sales to law enforcement as well. No matter if they say they are exempt. This crap needs to stop.
It is focused on the law makers. If their police can't get firearms then maybe they wouldn't be so quick to propose these stupid azz laws. What does LE have to do with any of this???? Maybe the focus should be on LAW MAKERS!!!!!
Lawmakers have bodyguards, which are generally LEOs.It is focused on the law makers. If their police can't get firearms then maybe they wouldn't be so quick to propose these stupid azz laws.
Unfortunately companies like Glock could care less and will keep selling to departments. They alone have over 65% of the LE market. Gaston Glock IS NOT Ronnie Barrett. If they are ending the sale of new guns to private citizens they need to end sales to law enforcement as well. No matter if they say they are exempt. This crap needs to stop.
He's saying the manufacturers who threw such a fit and are refusing sales to CA will most certainly continue sales to .gov in CA. If they were really upset, they'd cease all sales to CA especially .gov.What does LE have to do with any of this???? Maybe the focus should be on LAW MAKERS!!!!!
Yes, $100 per box ammo as per designMy thought on ammo that is coded or micro-stamped is it would be illegal to reload. Could have only one micro-stamp or bullet would not have a code on it. Hench no cheap ammo. Have to recycle spent ammo cases. Soon there would only be ammo that is tracked and doled out by law.
