Glad to hear it, so when are they going to attack the Sullivan Act in NY? I know they have a suit with SCOPE, and LIF against the unsafe, but this pistol permitting process to purchase and possess in the home (if not complete constitutional carry) is illegal and burdensome.

So they are getting towns, cities and villages to repeal their local gun laws so that the States gun laws are the governing rule. Lot of good that does us in NY.. Only place it would benefit people IF agreed on is NYC.. and no way in heck that NYC would agree..

If a NYS state court rules the correct way sometime and nullifies part of [un]Safe, then why leave some idiotic ordnance that may be either protected by home rule (depending on the language of a hypothetical court ruling) or is somehow outside of the purview of the ruling?

I think it is brilliant, build momentum and grab the low hanging fruit whilst everything else is pending or on appeal.
