Gun License Amendment
Hi All my son passed away and he had a few firearms that were registered. I am in the process of putting them on my license. Does anyone know about how long would it take? I'm in Westchester County

Westchester is really running late on amendments currently. Many of my customers are taking 8-10 weeks on a simple one gun add on. You should have your FFL take possession for safekeeping and provide you with a proforma invoice and NYS amendment form. Get it in asap with a 3:00 check and then you wait.
