Our Chapter will be hosting our 1st annual banquet and it is promising to be a great event. It will be held at the Lima County Club in Lima, NY on Saturday, April 13th from 5:30 to 10:00 pm. TIckets are $50 for a single and that includes the meal and an 1 year membership in Quality Deer Management Association. (QDMA).

There are multiple levels of tickets and the raffle ticket packages are the best value is purchased prior to the event. (2 for 1 and better)
The $250 raffle ticket package is also the only way to get a chance at the gun of the year.

On the night of the event there will be many drawings and games to participate in from 50/50 to penny raffles. Several guns and a Bear bow package will be available . There are items for the ladies and even the non hunters. There will be Chinese raffles, Silent auctions and Live auctions. We have hunts ranging from local Pheasant hunt, Quebec bear hunt, Montana Elk hunt and even an African Safari retailed at over $8,000. There are also Fishing charters.

I am not sure if any of the members here got out to this event, but if you did I wanted to extend our thanks. It was a great event and the people that showed up made it a success. I believe a good time was had by all and the survey cards were filled with positive comments. More education events coming this year, so keep an eye out.
