I thought the court ruled on residency already . From what I have read , as long as you list your address and have lived there for the slotted time , you are a residenent . I know it's different than a temporary resident . Maybe I'm wrong but I'm thinking Teachout qualifies !

We know it's going to happen but Cuomo will hold off as long as possible cause when your opponent is a better debater than you , you hide till they have left the building ! Astorino will destroy Cuomo in any debate .
