Good morning, my name is Debbie and I just registered this morning, I am new to the gun thing. My husband shoots and I am interested in learning. This seemed to be a good place to start gaining information on the subject! I will soon be applying for my permit, and am looking for any information I can find about that process. Thanks for the welcomes folks, and the helpful hints on getting filing done. It seems if I submit, I should have my permit just in time for Christmas !! I can only imagine what Santa will bring!

Hello Debbie. Good luck with app. If you havent fired a pistol before .I would try and see if Dave from Rochester Personal Defense could teach you.I have done some training with him HE is a good instructor. Dave is also on the forum look hime up. Safe shooting hope everything goes well for you.
