So my Glock 22 wants some company. I am looking at conversions to 9mm and to .22LR. I like having the continuity of muscle memory in practicing with the same platform.

My question is: Do I have to do ammendments for these conversions on my permit with my County Clerk?

Has anyone done caliber conversions to their pistols? Did you have to put it on your permit?

In St. Lawrence county, you have to have the conversion kit listed. They basically took the serial number for my 45, and added the 22 with the exact same serial number. Call your county permit office to be on the safe side.
