I'm getting my muzzle break pinned this week, and I just had a thought pop into my head...Once pinned and welded...can the standard A2 sight/gas block be removed at a later date if I wanted to switch it out for a low profile gas block? Will it slide over the muzzle break? or will I have to cut it off?

Assuming you have a standard .750" barrel, and you're looking at one of the .860" brakes, a standard pinned front sight isn't going to fit over that. However, if you're worried about deciding to go to a low-profile gas block, you could always cut down the one you have on there, or get a clamp-on style gas block.

damn...I was afraid it wouldn't come off. At the moment my concern is getting my free float handguard on to finish the install. Can't put it on if the front sight is installed.

I think I'm gonna have to get my barrel back from the gunsmith, completely build the upper, then take the whole upper back to get the muzzle break pinned....grrrrrrr. Why didn't I think of this two days ago.
