Free hardwood, 1/2 + a face cord, split, stacked, dry, seasoned 3+ years

It's in my garage, I am selling my house, new house doesn't have fireplace.

I would rather give it to someone here then my buyer that wants to charge me rent for the 2 days I need to move after closing.

Just as an aside, I'm surprised they're letting you have two days to move, period. Once the sale has closed, the former owner should be nowhere near the property.

I put in the contract that I have the right to rent back the property for up to a month after closing.
I plan to do all the moving in 2 days instead of taking the month that was agreed upon.

I will also add that I reduced my price on the house after it was discovered the seller didn't have enough cash to close.
