Well the last time I had started my paperwork one of my references passed away so I had to start all over again as they had already signed the papers.

So $10 more plus the $91.50 for fingerprinting and the $50 for the NRA basic pistol safety course which I had already taken. Whatever the passport size pics cost and the stamps for the envelopes. I'm on my way.

Well the paperwork is turned in, and the officer said my references should receive their paperwork in about 2 weeks.
Total cost so far.
$10 for paperwork
$22 for 4 passport photos(CVS pharmacy)
$1.80 for stamps(already had the envelopes)
$50 for NRA basic pistol course
$91.50 for electronic fingerprinting

So a total of $175.30 for those that don't want to do the math.
How is this compared to other counties?

My references have their sheets to fill out and hopefully will be sending them out today or tomorrow.
Then the waiting begins.

Received a letter from the judge stating he has just approved my pistol license application.
The letter is dated 10/2/2012.
So basically 8 weeks and 1 day for my approval letter to be received.
Now I'm, I may as well say giddy as a school girl.

I didn't have any officers drop by, and I didn't have to meet with the judge.
