Democraps (known terrorist organization with documented ties to those whom are SUPPOSE to be our enemies and is made up of all enemies of America.) need to be removed from the face of the earth. After that's accomplished, ALL political parties NEED to be abolished and term limits set and the end of career politicians MUST begin. No more shall tyranny be allowed and people MUST vote on an individual ... not political party BS!! No more will the minority groups have any power. i.e.- moms demand action, everytown, brady campaign and so on. The media must ALSO be removed and never allowed to return to a govt run propaganda machine. WE the people need to rise up and be heard ... if the ignorance continues, then those in power will FEEL we the people in ways they've always feared.

On a side note ... those in Ferguson deserve praise for rioting and looting and all that. Why?? Criminals you say??? Funny ... one death, based on race in their view, is all it takes for them to rise up and ..... the govt and LE have no idea what to do!! Those people can rise up over something of which they know nothing about BUT we the people just sit here because "it's the cool thing to do since it's what's been taught to many in class warfare!!" Right?? So he didn't parade all the families of Sandy Hook, the only thing that stopped Oblama from more gun laws was he couldn't get anything passed in the house and there was enough dems that voted against any new gun laws in the Senate. I must disagree with you on the 2A part. He IS against the 2A as well as the rest of the US constitution. No real federal gun laws BUT .... he attacked it as any enemy of America would do ... he imposed IMPORTATION regulations on rifles and ammo. How about all of those M1 Garands that were suppose to be brought back???? Yep ... he stopped it. What about the "new Russian import" regulations?? I would be the last person to defend Obama's foreign policy and believe it or not I spoke out against our support for Mujaheddin long before anyone here. My opposition to this policy goes all the way back to 1979.
CMP issued a statement that importation restrictions don't effect their M1 sales program in any way. These M1's will find their way back through CMP at cheaper prices. There is good reason why CMP remains non-partisan and stays out of politics.
Restrictions on Russian imports have more to do with the conflict in Ukraine, rather then gun control.
I said it before and I will say it again, the only effective way to defend 2nd amendment is to stick to that single issue and not to lump it with anything else.

Do not mistake incompetence for lack of intention. Do not think for one second that if he thought he could have gotten the votes to repeal the 2A completely he wouldn't have gone for it.

My understanding is that impeachment is the equivalent of arraignment, it is not the trial.

If a president isn't impeached, he isn't even officially charged with a crime.

The house votes for impeachment based on a simple majority, then the senate has to vote to "convict" by a supermajority. If the senate does uphold the charges then the president would be removed from office, but still isn't criminally charged with anything (I can only imagine what would have to happen before someone would actually get locked up for something they did while they were a sitting POTUS)
