Random question; why is UPS Ground shipping $11 to Rochester? I've seen UPS Ground be cheaper than that across the country for similar sized items.

At that rate I can pick one up at the next gun show for the same price

Hahaha 30" waist. It sucks.

I'm a 31" waist (32" +/- with a gun) and it fits me fine. I could lose an inch and it would still fit me. Should work fine for you.
