From the people who live there. This area is very good at keeping things out of the papers/news. Some of the newsworthy things that are swept under the rug in Broome county are astounding. I know of a few incidents that should have been made public that were covered up for some reason or another. Day light break in's are one the rise big time around the Endicott area.

You probably already know about BC voice and if you do not, weed through the BS and complaining and you will find out what is really going on.
