I wouldn't bank on JN. If it seems possible, it's because most of us probably engage in a bit too much cyberbalkanization to realize that most of the people in NY don't give two ****s about the second amendment. The chances of getting a 2nd activist on a jury for a trial involving UNSAFE is probably slimmer than we all think.
