While changing calibers on the 650 I noticed a nut on the case feeder was loose so I tightened it up....Cranked it down to much and shattered the plexiglass.

Called Dillon on the 800 number and told them what I had done... As always the customer service was outstanding and they indicated they would send me out a new part free of charge, even after I acknowledged it was my fault for cranking down the screw! 2 days later the replacement part arrived...

Dillon stands behind their products and have outstanding customer service!

as well they should for the price they charge!
Yup, buy once cry once! Based on what other folks have said it seems most of the major reloading equipment companies are pretty good. I have heard good things about RCBS & Hornady too!

I don't regret spending the extra money, it has paid for itself over the last 2 years!
