Anyone use them? I just ordered a nylon coated 40" rod and the 13" guide.

The barrel is 20" and the guide rod is 13" = 33" total I figured a few inches in front so I am not putting my fist into the guide and a few inches out of the muzzle for the brush/ jag to come all the way out.

OK wasnt thinking about the guide. I was like 44" WTF LOL!

I was going to order the 36" and then figured I'd rather have a little longer than not long enough, plus if I end up needing it for another rifle down the road.....

I can see it now "But Snookums my cleaning rod is too long, I need to buy a new rifle to fit"

I have one, its the best cleaning rod Ive ever used. Picked it up for a song and a dance at one of the gun shows.
