The horror of seeing saggy people outweighs the right to own an air gun. Consider this act to be NY City's contribution in Michele Obama's fight against fat folk. The is nothing more disgusting that seeing overweight people. Obesity is an eyesore! Why we could save billions by not having to increase the number of subway cars if those fat ass people just lost some of that flab. The Mayor estimates that the city could save a total of 1 billion dollars over the next 213 and 1/3 years if every overweight person lost one inch in their butts.
People must strive and yes be forced, if necessary to be more like the homosexual community. Neat - thin and well tailored.

This SAAGI Act will make jogging in Central Park safe again for saggy people. Nobody needs an air gun! Nobody hunts with an air gun. Nobody needs 10 airguns to kill the giant rats in NY City. (they just bounce off anyway)
