ADKeagle Thanks! I start at a IIT00 then as I work shoots and learn more myself I think it is IIT01/02/03 maybe 04 the the RED HAT full instructor the Green hat is the Shoot Boss, I think if there are 2 Shoot Bosses at a shoot 1 were's the Green and 1 were's a Red Hat this is all new to me but I want to learn more for myself and help others!!!! ADKeagle I've seen from past post that you are a member at Sara Spa me to since 05 I'm also now 1 of the Clubs RSO's there's a work party May 5 hope you can make it I'll be there ? JamieOut of curiosity, what are the different instructor levels? I saw on the appleseed site about somebody becoming a red & a green hat instructor. I hope to try this out at SaraSpa next time it comes around. Congrats on your score!
Someone used a bolt-action .22 in the Appleseed I participated in last year. She actually did quite well for the most part, with the time trials being the only thing that ruined her score. On the second day one of the instructors brought an extra 10/22 for her to use.Unfortunately I will not be able to make this next work party day at the range. I have a family function out near Buffalo that weekend which I must attend. Regarding Appleseed, I intend to pick myself up a 10/22 and get it set up with the rear peep sight before the September shoot. Currently, I only have a Savage MK II bolt that I don't think would be very optimal for the event. This Appleseed thing seems very interesting to me!
