Who the hell keeps re-electing this guy! I have to vent. Now he (Charles Schumer (D) ) wants to bans "sugary" drinks over 32oz or whatever!! CMON.....

We are all big people. if we want a 64oz slurpy its our business. Just another example of govt overstepping its boundaries.

Its not an issue of drinks or red bulls.....

Its an issue that its our freedom of CHOICE. not wether they are good or bad for you and govt feels they need to protect us dummies from it. Really. This is whats its come to?

work on jobs or other laws that make sense or help this state. We just keep letting him do it.........Freedom of choice is attacked more and more everyday in this state. Hes got to GO!! I think he likes the lime light too and maybe comes up with this stuff just to make the news but talk about someone running around unchecked!!

A computer will scan your fingerprint to make sure you didn't go out and come back in for another drink. Cameras will surveil the parking lot to prevent sending in your friend to buy you another drink. It'll be a traffic violation if you are seen drinking a high capacity drink while driving. TSA will confiscate the banned sizes if you bring one into an airport. Movie theaters will raise ticket prices to offset the loss of revenue from drinks.

And, of course, criminals will always find a way to get bigger drinks.

I've been battling this numbnut on firearms issues for as long as I can remember ! We almost got his A$$ out of office several years ago but he moved upstate and started throwing money at the upstate farmers and that pretty much put him where he is today. Now he has his little hand puppet Gillybrand to further his propaganda campaign in western NY so unless somebody with some BALLS runs aginst him he is here until he retires.
