If someone had a Nexus account they could query the number of times Obama has said we should be doing this or we shouldn't be doing that. That is all he ever says and the crowd goes wild and the media tingles.
Highlighed quote was "We should be doing everything we can to keep you safe and protect you from gun violence." Pres Obama in Brooklyn, NY ohhhhh I feel the love. What an empty suit.

Notice that he tends to go places where he will draw a crowd of supporters. BO isn't going to west Texas or Tennessee for his rallies. And he could have said anything with enthusiasm and those zombies would have cheered.

Preaching about gun control in NY city is just putting the political failings of so many politicians and their laws right under the spotlight so to speak? You "can not" own a gun in NYC! So what will more laws DO?

BREAKING: Obama Talks Gun Control During Education Speech in New York

"The president addressed a crowd in Brooklyn's Prospect Park today.

Inevitably, the speech, which was supposed to be about education, turned to gun control."

By the way, what the hell is gun violence? How about people violence?
In Obama's eyes it is Education, teaching a generation to hate Guns and be blind also when the **** its the fan take no responsibility. Our next generation and this one actions without responsibility, If you don't understand something (Guns) hate them. If he is a living example to any Generation its a poor one at that, Mr transparent BS on that one Mr. smoke screen, IRS, Benghazi ,AP, DOJ, DHS, No respect for Vets, Have an ILLEGAL PROTEST with people here ILLEGAL but bully a couple Generations of Home grown Hero's from a Standing VA memorial, while spending their tax dollars to do so. Just sent 1.6 BILLION to Pakistan in Aide the very same that house Bin Laden, a man remains in Jail for helping take him down. Obama didn't share that short history lesson did he. Worse President ever Jimmy Carter lived to see worse, good for Jimmy & old Billy Beer.

Pure political theater. This is a case of "lets discuss something with emotional impact so I do not have to answer any questions about how my signature legislation is quickly turning into an adverse selection death spiral for the US health insurance industry".

This strategy isn't unique to President Obama. All presidents do this; why do you think President George W. Bush never visited Vermont? During two terms in office he visited every single state except Vermont where he had little to no support. He also made 140 trips out of the country - including 5 to the Vatican City. I guess he believed he had better support there than he would in Vermont, even though Vermont's population is 782x larger than the Vatican's.

So, nothing really to notice here. Move along.

Yes, and emotional impact goes both ways. Every time he talks about gun control he also awakens gun owners out of their complacency. More energized voters determined to protect their rights. He may be doing us New Yorkers more good than harm. We'll see in November.

I am not so sure about that. The recent petitions calling for the Republican representatives to be formally charged with sedition seems to be a true echo of the original Alien and Sedition Acts. The founding fathers were actually at each others throats in a much more literal way than the politicians of today are.

The real difference is that the supporters of personal liberty and state sovereignty were in the fight until about 1864 or so, and then really fell off a cliff in the 1920s. The true beauty of the constitutional republic that we live in today is that no time is too late for a group to gather strength and to push for changes that match their beliefs.

He thinks Libs & Dems all don't own guns, he's wrong,(spoke to a lot of libs & Dems that are not happy). Its not just the GOP that are gun owners, I think people within his own party are waking up now if only the main stream media woke up. I think some people see its just not a gun thing its a Constitutional issue, when his numbers get low he falls back on Guns. I think a lot are seeing, treatment of our VETS, Obama Care, the spending Aid to other country when we are broke, some people are coming around now only if the main stream media would.

That may be true,But if you listen to what todays politicians are saying and contrast that againt the ideas the country was founded on , you would think they they are two differnt nations, How would Thomas Jefferson , Alexander Hamilton view the ideas of Obamma care? Of Homeland security? of Gun control? The overtaxing of the people to build a war machine the Likes of which the world has never seen? How would the founding fathers view the bank bail outs ?The Vietnam war, The Korean war, Forgien lobbyists!!Central banks???

Im not limiting this to only obamma , theres plenty of blame to go around, there just seems to be few politicans left that even understand what the ideas of this country were . The Democrats lean heavily toward socialism and the republicans lean heavily toward fashism .

Then Im supposed to choose which master I like better and they call that exersizeing my free will to vote. What a bunch of pig sht that is .
