How about we ban fire extinguishers. I mean, there's nothing worse than not being able to burn out a heavily armed active shooter that's wearing military grade body armor. And how about we ban cars while were at it, because there's nothing worse than a heavily armed active shooter wearing military grade body armor making moves......... This goes to show that the true agenda is not public safety, but rather stripping citizens of anything that can be a tool against defense from the government when it decides to impose their will on you whether you like it or not.

A financial collapse or similar is coming and in order to force the American people to unwilling do things in their favor against the rights protected by the constitution all for the GREATER good because the government knows best, all tools that can work against the government must be banned and deemed illegal.

A bullet proof vest cannot harm anyone. If anything, it is used for purely self defense reasons If the state can deny you of the right of self defense , it can deny you of anything, including your life.

If anyone is looking at buying some body armor I would suggest buying new. There is a lot of used Israeli stuff on-line but you have no idea how old these are. Kevlar does have a shelf life. I don't remember the name but I got mine from a company in Ohio that makes them to order. Turn around time is about 4-6 weeks.

Go with steel plates. As far as I know, they dont degrade like kevlar.
