You joke. But, the bear was after their lunch. It probably learned about delicious human food from sloppy campers.

This is about 20 minutes from my home , we are over run by bears, I will see if I can post up a picture of the one in my back yard, We have sports air horns allover our house,front door back door in the garage,on the deck, but the shed,

I also have my 12 gauge with slugs near the door in case.

A terrible way for that young boy to have to go image the terror he must have had to endure. I hope he went quick

Happened near my girls mothers house. I didn't read the story, she told me about it the day it happened. She told me guy got killed and his son was with him and saw it.

That's 92% of the fatalities that were predatory in nature were done by males. Overall 88% of bear attack fatalities are predatory. There are lots of attacks that aren't predatory (ie. attacking hiker for their lunch).

I know I thought about it for a second. But I was totally unprepared. Being warm you need to butcher and process it immediately. I had no coolers and ice.
