You want a jobs plan?
1) Put a mandatory, non-negotiable sunset clause on EVERY law ever passed in the state. (starting with sullivan, un-safe, welfare, and educational policies.)
2) make every member of the legislature publically justify every vote for any law, and justify the constitutional grounds for their decision.
3) enact mandatory term limits.
4) do not allow bureaucracies to make law without full public disclosure of their rationale for any rules, and provide a referendum mechanism to force the legislature to specifically approve controversial rules.
I figure that will keep all the *******s busy enough to leave the rest of us alone. without the excessive meddling of the state, people will be free to create untold numbers of jobs.
