Not impressive at all. Half of it Cuomo is already doing, special treatments for special groups, selective use of my money for certain projects/techs. Nothing on closing down certain State agencies like Thruway Authority or OASAS (office of alcoholism and substance abuse services), reducing police force, reducing pensions and salaries of State workers.
WTF is this ****?
-Support a pilot program where beginning farmers receive tax incentives to start a farm in New York State.
-Create a New York Farmer’s EZ-Pass that eliminates Thruway tolls for New York farm-based trucks transporting farm-to-market products.
-Offer individuals a state income tax credit to encourage private investing in qualified start-up ventures.
-Support other renewable energy sources like Solar, Wind and Hydro and provide grants and low interest loans to farms and businesses that make energy efficient improvements.

I'd like to see a plan to reduce school taxes. That's one of many things killing NY. My school taxes double every 5 to 7 years , county and town taxes are relatively stable. The schools and school boards are totoally out of control. My sister in law works at the local school district and is always complaining about the waste that goes on there.

You want a jobs plan?
1) Put a mandatory, non-negotiable sunset clause on EVERY law ever passed in the state. (starting with sullivan, un-safe, welfare, and educational policies.)
2) make every member of the legislature publically justify every vote for any law, and justify the constitutional grounds for their decision.
3) enact mandatory term limits.
4) do not allow bureaucracies to make law without full public disclosure of their rationale for any rules, and provide a referendum mechanism to force the legislature to specifically approve controversial rules.
I figure that will keep all the *******s busy enough to leave the rest of us alone. without the excessive meddling of the state, people will be free to create untold numbers of jobs.

I hope this isn't the entire plan and only a few select pieces of it. I agree, I'm not impressed with this.
