e a lot of things used for making beer can be used for making shine. Personally, If I were to open a store like that , I would say F off and open on the nearest space out side the city limits.

I lived in a DRY COUNTY in North Carolina of all places for a few years. Fortunately, the next town over the line was Beer City USA Asheville NC!!

Making shine without a fedral permit is illegal...and the most common shine made is for fuel, as it is the easiest premit to get..but there are so many hoops to jump through..almost as bad as getting an ffl..
