Modern life is hectic, and anxiety is usually a regular part of life for certain individuals. If you’re worrying over an upcoming event or work presentation to the point where you’re irritable, restless, and constantly fatigued, you may be suffering from anxiety. This condition can significantly affect your ability to function at home or work.

Are you experiencing this? If yes, How did you manage it? Are there any some natural remedies to relieve anxiety?

Exercise
Cleaner lifestyle (no booze, less sugar, less time online, sleep hygiene, etc)
Family, friends, church
Hobbies
Counseling

These are all great natural remedies.

I stay away from those prescribed brain poisons. I dont like being a zombie. Exercise, hobbies and projects ( i have many, here on the farm). And a good mind set.

Couldn't agree more. I don't like those meds either.

Been hearing a lot about CBD and it really helps a lot of people, a lot of conditions.
