This is an attachment which attaches to a threaded barrel. For NY that means LEO and FFLs only. Dammit.

I've got a small bag of military blanks around here somewhere if someone obtains a launcher
I know they'll shove a cleaning rod through a rabbit at 100 yards, so I imagine they'll toss a golf ball in the air too.

Or just pin it
Negative.
Because the end is wide open, you have a very good chance at a rump humpin.
Remember, there's LEOs out there who insist that if they can stick thier finger in the end its a flash supressor.

Attention forward (of me/us)!

As opposed to aft, alee, starboard etc, though I suppose downrange would work, but may not have been a part of the vocabulary at the time.
Like arrows: one loosed them, not fired them. ('fired being a firearms term)

*sorry for un~neccisary reply, feeling a bit tired and tedious tonight
