I haven't been able to find anything on this site yet or anything on the internet about the application process. I want to learn more about the pistol permit application laws. I know the ones for the person applying but I have been told very vaguely about the laws regarding the process on the other side of the fence. Can anyone point me in the right direction if there is already a thread made about this topic? If not, does anyone on here know where I can read upon them? Also any laws about them withholding information and the legality of that situation.
