Freedom munitions was started by a guy (or guys) that used to work at USA Ammo or be associated with it somehow. So they aren't brand new to the game.

I haven't ordered from them yet but i've heard really good things about them. The main guy's name is Rudy. When they first opened up I emailed them and got them to change their website so that they would ship to NY without having to call them and verify your postal code.

Add them on Facebook. They keep posting specials on there all the time.

I ordered 1000rds total of .40 and .45 from one of their krazy deals. It arrived fast and it all looked shiny and good; but I have yet to shoot any. I will probably go to them first next time I need ammo. Also they recently started a brass trade in program where you send in a box of mixed brass and they credit you on your next order.

Sorry to revive a dying thread, but has anyone had any trouble with their ammo? Is it consistant? Any duds, squibs, or overly hot loads? Was going to order a few trial box's and see how they shoot. Probably .223 9MM and .380

A buddy of mine ( who is an ffl) stocks it and his customers seem to like it. I have never personally shot any, but the way ammo is going up I might pick up a couple boxes of 9mm or 45 acp to see how it works.

Anyone by any chance know any good deals like this on 9mm or 45 acp?

I check ammoengine, slickguns, and sportsmansguide. Lots of the suppliers who sell to ffls are getting dry.
