I have model 1 and a couple of newer cz versions. THe model 1 is probably the only gun i'd never sell. Brno rimfires have have certainly gone up in popularity and value.

I've had 2 - Model 1's in the last year...wonderful rifle! However, I sold them both, the last one only a few weeks ago. I was on the search path for one that didn't have pitting below the wood line. They were both training rifles, so rode hard and put away wet is fitting to describe condition. About 80% above the woodline and about 50% below.

I've had a couple CZ rifles too an FS in 22WMR and an American in 22LR...both nice rifles too.

Then back in May I stumbled across my BRNO Model 5 at a gun show. Basically, a Model 1 barrel on a Model 2 action. The M2 action is essentially the same as what CZ uses now and has a better trigger mechanism than the Model 1 (which actually is quite nice if you have teh 50's era adjustable trigger)
