Good little video..

14th amendment - Section one - All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Thanks for this...very important stuff from the MAN himself. Gura is a Guru! It's hard for most people who don't understand the way the law works to accept the fact that the most destructive thing for gun rights is poorly designed and executed legal challenges to gun laws. Shooting from the hip is never an accurate way to hit your target. It's exactly like doctors...when you need a specialist, no one else will do.

I don't care who challenges these laws as long as they strike them down or crush them before they're enacted. Why doesn't he do anything about it if he thinks the NRA should stick to lobbying?
