Is there an age limit to sell someone magazines??

I would guess 18 but I really don't know. It would be assumed that possession of a magazine means they have a gun that can use it, however the gun may be owned by an older sibling or father so maybe there isn't an age limit? Good question, I would play it safe and say 18 myself.

My guess is no.
265.16 addresses criminal sale of a "firearm" to a minor.
265.00 defines "firearm." A magazine is apparently not a "firearm."
Article 265 Firearms and Other Dangerous Weapons does not appear to prohibit selling legal magazines to minors.

The is no age limit. There is also no age limit on scary "pistol" mags. I know because I often buy mags before the gun to get hyped for it, and I bought them before I was old enough to buy the firearm.

An ammunition feeding device is not a firearm and is only regulated as to type. There is no mention in the penal law of age. Ammunition on the other hand is not something I can say for sure.
