I would guess 18 but I really don't know. It would be assumed that possession of a magazine means they have a gun that can use it, however the gun may be owned by an older sibling or father so maybe there isn't an age limit? Good question, I would play it safe and say 18 myself.

The is no age limit. There is also no age limit on scary "pistol" mags. I know because I often buy mags before the gun to get hyped for it, and I bought them before I was old enough to buy the firearm.
