I know they are close to the same and not to fire 5.56x45 out of a barrel thats noted as .223 but does it matter if im reloading them for my m77 .223 , sizing, trim and powder charge, bullet all being the same? Or will i have issues? thanks

When reloading military brass it is recommended that you decrease starting loads by 10%. The military brass has a thicker web and flows more in the 5.56 chambers, they will need to be trimmed, deprimed and the crimp of the primer pockets removed.

So cut my powder charge by 10% ? As for trim and pockets I knew that lol. Just need to get a swagger but I'll set it aside for now

Just stick with your reloading manual recipes, as said above the military brass is a little thinker. Should be no issues.
