WInchester super X lead free. CCI lead free. Those are the only ones I have heard of. Never seen them in a local store though.

Just buy a pack of wet wipes to clean your hands with when you finish shooting. We keep a can of them at our range on the counter, they work well enough until you can make it to a sink to wash properly. You can buy a small flat pack for a couple bucks and keep them in your range bag.
