So long story shot we picked are application up on 2/28/12 did all the 4 character references and paper work got the app to do finger prints done turn in application 3/20 ok.

So we got a letter in the mail today and it say * The handgun course that is required before you obtain your pistol permit will be held on 4/26. So my question obtain sound like we got them right ?

question 2 Say bring a pen is there a test for the course ?

I wouldn't read too much into it. It only tells you that you are required to take a course and it tells you when that course is. I wouldn't know anything about that course. Yates county doesn't require one.

well i heard that the judge sign are paper work already so i thought why make some 1 take a handgun course if your not going to get it but it is the county $$ lol but if there is a test to pass . just was seenong if any 1 had a test in there course .
