so i was planning a trigger upgrade on my 10/22 and i like KIDD parts.
i go to look at my option and all i can say is Damn them!

four options...

aluminum body 2 stage trigger $$$
aluminum body single stage trigger $$
plastic ruger body single stage trigger $$
Trigger parts upgrade $

do you guys have info on the Pros and Cons of the option?

(I have already decided on a KIDD trigger, i know all about Timney and Volquartzen, but dont want those.)

I'd go with the single stage aluminum body. You can adjust the pull weight really low and I don't like the pre-travel of a two stage on a .22.

its got WAY more than a few thousand rounds thru it already!

it is a stock 10/22 and i have not been able to shoot a perfect score during a bullseye match.
I have with my friends 10/22 with the single stage aluminum body KIDD, but just in practice.

i agree with gunsick, aluminum single stage..

or, you could get away cheaper by sending out your factory trigger group to get polished. there is a guy by the name of swampfox on rimfirecentral.com that does it... there are a couple guys on that forum that specialize in it and they get real nice reviews of their work.
