IMO, Tompkins county may be one of the most beautiful areas in the lower 48. I love visiting there. Too bad at its heart is the Peoples' Republic of Ithaca. Ithaca's dominance has go to be the reason we haven't heard a peep of protest from Tompkins over the USA (Unconstitutional Safe Act)...
