A buddy who has had his permit for a number of years(20) put in to get his permit unrestricted and was turned down,but was offered a " Woodlands" restriction instead of the Hunting and target.Never heard of such a thing.Anyone else ever hear of that?

Does anyone know what the current timeline on Saratoga County amendments is? The last time I bought a pistol it was near Thanksgivng in 2012, and it took about 4 weeks. I hope it should be a shorter wait if it's not near a holiday. I plan on getting a gen 4 Glock 19 to keep my M&P 45 company.
