I apologize if this is in the wrong section, if it is please put it wherever it should go.
Im purchasing a longarm from another member and we need to meet in the Binghamton area around 6pm. Can someone please recommend an FFL that we can get the background check done at?
I am new to the idea of owning a firearm and am in the market for a rifle and pistol for home protection and target practice. Are there any recommended rifles that might have one so called "evil" feature. I like the idea of the pistol grip and something that does not have tremendous kick, so...
Looking for a sling to fit my Savage 10 FCP. I use Vickers V-CAS for my carbine applications and like that it's wide and padded, but I need something wider and more padded for this animal... It's very heavy. Plus, I don't think I need an adjustable sling for the rifle, and I need something...
My new 590a1 should arrive any day now and ive been trying to find a decent sling for it. however there are so many options its atrocious.
I am looking to keep it under $50 if at all possible.
2 point adjustable. preferably adjustable on the fly ( midlength adjustment sight not at the ends)...
As the title says. Looking for some surplus stuff, mostly USGI ICW (Intermediate Cold Wet) boots. I know they're supposed to be used with 'footies', does a heavy sock make up the difference?
Also, they don't appear to have women's sizes... How would I compare for a pair for the wife...
3gun help....I finally finished my BA AR, love my FN57, but need a shotgun. I want top of the line, wheather I need to build it or buy it new out of box. What's the best to use? Pump/semi auto? Plain Jane or tacticool? What do you use?
I ordered 1100 rounds of 5.7.28 ammo for my FN Herstal 5.7 and they come 50 rounds per box so what would be the best way to carry them all or transport them? would a military metal case be best or should I go with something different..?
I want something I can lock and carry it...
Looking for a dedicated upper in 22LR to accompany my new AR. Not sure where to start. I know it will have some glass on it, and I know I want a "heavy" barrel for 100-200 yard shooting.
Recommend some places for me to shop?
Figured I'd throw this in off-topic, hopefully get some good feedback. I am looking to buy a range finder. I will use it mostly to range shots to be positive of the distance I am shooting and to gather data on different hand loads. I will also use it for bow hunting if this helps determine...
I've got an old Ithaca 16ga shotgun that was originally my grandfather's (from the 60s I think). It's nothing too special, but it does have some sentimental value. It was stored in a humid basement for a couple of years and has some rust on it. There is just a little pitting, but it does have...
I am looking for a 9mm carry pistol....I'm thinking "thin is in" I've carried a Glock 27 now for a while and am selling it (check out the firearms for sale area). I want to standardize on 9mm....and the natural choice was a 19 or a 26 to replace the 27 but I'm curious about maybe a thinner...
I live about 45 minutes SW of Buffalo, however I'm guessing that there has to be someone, maybe even on the forums, that I should talk to. I'd prefer not to have to go to Rochester, it is a bit further than I'd like to drive.
I have my G19 now I need a good holster. I am considering the Crossbreed Supertuck IWB or a Milt Sparks of the same type. A friend of mine said I should consider a paddle holster also, but it seems harder to conceal. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt
Anybody know of a good Gunsmith who can do some work on my Mossberg 590?
Nothing major but I'm not inclined to do certain stuff so a professional is in order.
Also I need to know that there is a decent turn around time. I don't want it gone for too long.
Pass me the contact info.
