    I think this is about 6 or 7 years; right? Anyway, the recent Arizona case on voter registration laws that required proof of US citizenship took 6 years to, unfortunately, strike down. This is not good news for opponents of SAFE.

    makes sense to me Gun debate needs a waiting period - SFGate People need to calm down and start thinking rationally. Which is exactly what the anti-gun lobby DOES NOT want. They only way they will get a AWB back in place is to work off emotions instead of rational thinking
