So, back in July 2013 I had started the process of getting my carry concealed permit for Niagara County. Everything was moving along smooth and I was bound to get my permit by Christmas. Turned out that one of my references sent back the questionnaire without answering any of the questions. Ugh...

I have been reading this forum for about a year now (has been a great source of information) and thought I would finally sign up. I enjoy collecting mainly WWII firearms since the unSAFE act has prohibited me from buying newer style rifles. I am also a NRA member. Happy New Year! John

Applied in late Feb. and got my letter of approval today---already picked up my card lol. Now just have to decide between a Glock and PX4 Storm. Thank you everyone who's answered any questions they all help with the process along the way.... Charlie H

I will be moving from Erie county to Niagara county in about 2 months. What will happen to my application or what do I have to do to transfer to Niagara county? None of my refereneces have been called and have had my app. turned in since Feb. Any information will be helpful.
