It's probably been answered a thousand times but it looks like the answer keeps changing. Is it still possible to have lowers shipped to an FFL. I know 80% is obviously still good. I can't seem to locate a definitive answer though sorry!

I would like to let anyone that either has, or is considering PM'ng me for for info, help or to use my equipment to mill an 80% lower that I do not respond to such inquiries.
