Does anyone know of a public or private rifle range around Western New York or within a reasonable distance that is longer than 100 yards?

I would like to do as post says either invest in a real nice long range gun or should I go with a complete custom and get a cheap like Remington 700 or few other builds I've seen that are real nice any ideas budget is around 1000-1200 but might go up to 2k if can find a sweet rifle
