    Because a criminal can simply load 3 more rounds in a second... But even though a criminal can add banned evil features in a matter of minutes...or use a 30 round mag...those banned features are still OK to be banned... LOGIC Skretny...how does it work?

    The judge struck the seven round limit because NY still allows ten round mags. If the unSAFE act limited us to 2 rounds but allowed 5 round mags...the court would have simply ruled that criminals would just fully load their 5 round mags. Therefore not allowed. So the judge isn't saying 7...

    I wonder if in light of todays ruling (assuming the 7 round mag loading limit isn't later upheld) if it's grounds for challenging the 5 round limit)? It may seem minor, but NYC residents would at least no longer needed modified 5 round magazines. Just a thought.
